Extract the ZIP File
Once the download completes, right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All” to unpack it to a folder on your computer. Inside you will find three files:

Install 3D Builder
With the dependencies in place, install the main application:

Launch and Get Started
Once installed, 3D Builder is ready to use:
1. Open the Start Menu and search for “3D Builder”
2. Click the app icon to launch it
3. On first launch, you will see the main workspace with a toolbar at the top
4. Use the Insert tab to add primitive shapes (cubes, spheres, cylinders) to the scene
5. Use the Edit tab to move, rotate, scale, and apply boolean operations

To repair a broken STL file, simply open the file in 3D Builder. If the model has issues, the app will prompt you to repair it automatically. Click “Repair” and the mesh will be fixed.
